**Job Description:**
Golden Home Care Services is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis. As a PRN RN with Golden Home Care Services, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessments.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Perform supervisory visits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of care provided.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and care provided.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
**Requirements:**
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes as needed.
